Tim has a degree in Business Management & Communications from Concordia University.  He is co-founder and currently a Principal at a wealth management firm in Portland, Oregon after having spent several years a financial consultant with the Royal Bank of Canada Dain Rauscher.  Prior to that Tim had a successful management career in the high tech industry managing purchasing and supplier relationships on a global scale.

Tim is the father of two healthy and successfully raised adult children, Jared (35) a naval officer, and Katrina (33) a Paramedic.  He enjoys his interactions with his various nephews, nieces and grand-daughters, including a nephew affected by ADNP. 

He has served on a number of boards and committees in the past, including:
Sequent Computers Systems, Inc. Beaverton, OR - Charitable Giving Committee - Member 1995-1996
Doernbecher Children’s Hospital Foundation, Portland, OR - Auction Committee 2004-2006
Greater Portland Compliance Association, Portland, OR – Chairman 2011-2014
Summit Oaks Homeowners Association, Camas, WA – President 2014-2015
