Debbie Abraham
DIRECTOR AT LARGE


Debbie Abraham is a small-business owner with extensive volunteer board experience. Currently she is vice-chair of the Clark County Public Facilities District Board, a position she has held since 2002. Previously, she served on YWCA Clark County’s board from 2005-2011, two years as president; Vancouver-Clark Parks and Recreation Board from 1997-2006, two years as co-chair; Felida Neighborhood Association from 1997-2004, four years as president. She holds a Master of Public Affairs from WSU-Vancouver and Bachelor of Business Administration from Marquette University.
